Which authorities have federal jurisdiction to check the Bill of Lading Supplement (Complemento Carta Porte)?

Not all authorities are authorized to verify the CFDI with the Bill of Lading Supplement (Complemento Carta Porte) or impose fines. Therefore, it is important to know which authorities have the jurisdiction to perform these inspections. These are; the National Guard, Mexico's Secretariat of Infrastructure, Communications, and Transportation (SICT), sanitary authorities, and the Tax Administration Service (SAT). Local authorities cannot perform verification actions.
